It’s been 9 years since we opened Her Health & Fitness in Greenacre and we’ve never looked back. Our CEO, Violette --- a Greenacre local all of her life --- had the idea for Her Health & Fitness after weeks of training at a local mixed gym where she felt uncomfortable. These events led her to believe that there had to be a better way for women to exercise, only to find that everywhere else she went was the same thing! Finally, she decided that she needed to start her own gym where things would be different. Somewhere that women could go to not only get a great workout in with talented trainers, but where they could feel safe, comfortable and empowered.Thus, Her Health & Fitness was born.

 

At Her, we take pride in offering an all female staff of Fitness Australia registered trainers and nutritional professionals to the women of Sydney. Each of our trainers incorporate their unique experiences and personal knowledge when creating your custom training plan ensuring you’ll get the workout you crave!

 

Our 600 square metre gym offers over 100 pieces of equipment so you’ll always have a place to workout and since we’re open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, you’ll never have to worry about gym hours again! So whether you’re looking to lose weight, tone your body, or simply get in a good workout, Her Health & Fitness has your back.

At Her Health & Fitness, we believe you have every right as a woman to be able to improve your fitness and wellbeing in the comfort and privacy of a dedicated women’s gym.

 

While other gyms provide a generic, one-size-fits-all workout, our dedicated team of fitness professionals specialise in personalised training that puts your needs first. We work together to determine your health and fitness goals and do everything we can to help you reach them.

 

We help clients lose weight, develop muscle tone, improve their cardio-vascular capacity and recover from injury with our exercise physiology classes.

 

But the physical side of things is only one part of what we do here at Her Health & Fitness.

 

We have a team of qualified nutrition experts on hand to offer comprehensive health education services and help you achieve both inner and outer wellbeing.
